After receiving the initial payment, we will schedule your project.
We carefully plan out your entire web presence on paper. We recap your likes, dislikes, your site's purpose and audience, its look and feel, color palette, fonts, navigation, and use of any artwork (photos, logo, graphics).
Once you give your project plan the thumbs up, it becomes your site's blueprint.
We will design your initial page, which will serve as a master template for the rest of your site. To this page, we will make as many changes until you are totally satisfied with the design. Once you are satisfied, you will be asked to give a final approval to that design before we proceed. Any changes to a page after approval will be charged at an hourly rate. We will then proceed to the next page in the same manner.
You will be asked to send us written content, your logo and pictures via
e-mail. If you need photographs, we can provide these from our library. At this point we will assemble the content, artwork, and write the HTML code or Java script. The graphics and photographs will be optimized and used for your site.
We provide you with a web address (URL) to view the progress and we always welcome you to contact us throughout the development of your site.
After some final testing, the site is ready for delivery and the final payment is due. We also make sure that you are at ease with accessing your site's files via FTP, or if you choose, we will upload the files to their final home for you.
